A Tunisian dish with a sauce of tomatoes, chile peppers and onions simmered with North African spices. Served with poached eggs* and grilled Stirato. Add Valbreso French Feta.

Smoked Salmon Benedict

English muffin topped with grilled tomato, lightly sautéed spinach, two lox-style smoked salmon roses, a pair of perfect poachers and lemon-caper Hollandaise.

Feta and Spinach Frittata

With sweet onions, white Cheddar, grape tomatoes and Baby spinach, then garnished with toasted Pine nuts. Served with brioche toast.

Chorizo, roasted Red peppers, garlic, diced New potatoes, Sweet peas and fresh herbs with Manchego and Cheddar cheeses served with grilled Stirato.

Seared Steak Benedict

Sautéed Steak and Poached Eggs* served on crispy hash browns with herbs topped with creamy Hollandaise.

Lox-Style Smoked Salmon with The Lemon Tree Potato Cake

Served with pickled Bermuda onions, capers and our signature herbed Cream cheese.

Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes Salad

Lump crab cakes served atop a salad of Jicama, Red cabbage, mixed greens and Granny Smith apples. Tossed with a citrus vinaigrette and drizzled with Joe’s Stone crab sauce.

Tri-tip Steak Sandwich

Grilled tri-tip steak* with Chimichurri, caramelized onions and sliced tomatoes on Big Ed’s Stirato. Accompanied by a salad of mixed greens and fresh veggies.

Mt. Bachelor Breakfast Sammy

Big Ed's rosemary roll filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, Applewood smoked bacon and creamy Havarti. Yummy!
